Thursday, Feb 2, 2012 → Tawan naughty elephant from Chiang Mai

This lovely elephant came along from Chiang Rai for the treatment of his tusk at the elephant hospital as one of his tusk was broken. (Luckily his tusk does not has any infection)

Tawan is his named which means " The sun" he is naughtiest baby elephant even seen so far as he never stand still like on this pictures that I shot two day ago..

Shot this picture this evening, I went to visit and feed Khelang and I met the mahout sat around and talked. Then they gave me a couple shots of whiskeys and then left them otherwise I would get drunk.. I love this people as they are very nice person, they love each other, one of the guy is from the south of Thailand so they can make friend at Thai Elephant Conservation Center like you guys lives in the different corner of this earth, but we still meet each other here.. This seem to be true that I was told that the elephants are holy and charming animal.. What do you think about it..

Shot this set this evening with Steve who come along from Australia.. Steve was here last year and followed in love with this place so far and the he comes back again during 7-9 of March. Steve was recommended by Leah Morgan a friend of mine many year ago. Leah was here when she was about 3 months pregnant.. I was very serious about her young pregnant on the elephant, but Prathida she is very nice elephant and she took care of her while Leah was on Prathida.. Now Leah can not wait to be back again with Alex her son..

I wish that Leah will read this post and then add some comments..
